Took truck in and kept it 9 days to do something that took a couple of hours. No loaner. Said it had to be left to stay in line for repair. Rental cost hundreds because they can’t schedule repairs but insist people stack up vehicles. Ridiculous! And nobody there responded the GM calls in the entire week either. I would step foot in their door again!

let people know when they're vehicle is done, instead of me wondering how long it's going to be, and my truck was done 40 minutes ago. I got my truck heading down the highway for about 10 minutes and I got a text saying my truck was done.
