I will not be back to this place. My fiancé had warranty till a certain mileage. But they never let the warranty cover it and refused to cover it. We had to pay out of pocket. Not to mention we paid cash for the truck. The service here sucks!!! We’ve been back twice on a brand new Chevy.. so ridiculous
I dont recommend anyone bringing their vehicles here to get worked on! shady business practices!!

Purchasing a vehicle from them was awesome. We got a text about a 9am appointment today, no problem... got there at 8:45am we got out of there at noon. We were never told they were an hour and a half behind. Even so 3 hours for an oil change... they are very friendly can’t say they’re not but need to be up front about delays so we have the option of staying and waiting, which we did.
In town visiting Lubbock for the week. Had unexpected vehicle trouble. They gave me an appointment for for Tuesday. I called Thursday to check on it. Was told they would call me back, they didn’t. I call back Friday. Finally on Friday afternoon they tell me they won’t even look at it until late the following week. Terrible customer service! Went in for an oil change was told 45 minutes five minutes later they said they had a recall they needed to fix no problem three hours later they had my oil change they didn’t charge me for the oil change which was good but still three hours not a good experience.
