I was not happy with inconvenience of having to make two trips to service department. I made an appointment to have my oil changed & when I get there I was told the wait would be approximately 3.5 hours. Yes, they were busy & had I just been a walk in customer I would have understood that wait time. What is the point of offering appointment scheduling? Friendly, helpful people. Fair deal with no hassle.
Got the vehicle I wanted without a lot of hassle. Johnny did a great job. Only issue is the detail show did a sad job of cleaning up the truck. I had to go home a clean it up.
Overall services are exceptional!!
