They were very courteous and helpful. Served me hot coffee and donuts . My car was service and I was out in a little over a hour.
They got me in on time and got their work done in a timely manner. The employees were very helpful and friendly.
Came out and talked to me quickly. Showed me features and comparisons. Worked with me on price. All around a good experience.
Had recall on my sons truck, Gene Messer got it in quick and completed the service and got it out. Great customer service.
It was great service like always but this time they wanted to over charge me and was trying to make Exxon the 39.95 special oil change and tie rotation. Smh not good for business when it’s on your website as a special.

Set an appointment for my free oil change and tire rotation for last Saturday. I arrived at my appointment time and was told there was a 2 hour wait. I am not in a position to leave my vehicle for 2 hours, so he told me to be back Monday at 7 am and they could get me in and out in 20 minutes. Arrived this morning at 7 and was told a 2 hr wait. Once again I had to leave without the oil change. Why set up appointments if you are doing a first come first serve bases? Why not book the appointment accordingly?
