Such a nightmare to work with their service department. They’ve had my car for 5.5 weeks. Said it’d be ready last week and it wasn’t, so I finally got a loaner for some service recovery (after 4 weeks without a car). They never call back when I call to check on it. Manager said it’d be ready and then they call and tell me it won’t be ready. Would not recommend using the service department at all!
I've started here with getting my new vehicle 3 years ago I just wish the service department was a bit faster with oil changes. Never had a problem and will always come here for my car service needs.

Brought my vehicle in several times before and had minor issues with the service department, such as leaving a wheel cap off or leaving valve stem caps off when I had 4 brand new tires put on. I brought my vehicle in for them to look at because it was having issues since I got it back from them. After having my truck for 2 days, they tell me that they have a 5 day wait to look at vehicles.
