We planned to visit several locations in Hatton Gardens to finalise the fine details for our engagement ring. After the awful experience of my local jeweller cracking the sapphire centrepiece of the antique engagement ring I'd bought for my now fiancé, Gems were our guardian angels and got me out of a pickle with dealing with trade only suppliers and arranging for the un-setting/resetting of the sapphires, receiving it back good as new and polished beautifully.
