Absolutely appalled at the customer service. No care for customers or their items of clothing. My dress was completely ruined with bleach and they accepted no responsibility, only to say accidents happen all the time and to expect items to be damaged. Not only that they refuse to compensate in full for the damaged item. And then tell you not to attend for any further service. The cheek.
