Gemma is the only person that has been able to ease my back. I have been through the NHS system twice with no improvement. After seeing Gemma once a week for three weeks she sorted it out. I now do her prescribed exercises and go and see her once every three months or so. As long as I don’t lift too many boilers as I have been for 30 years and do her exercises my back is fine. Thanks Gemma.
