Went in here today for some earrings for my mates granddaughter was so impressed with the service given and the value for money I ended up getting some for myself. Highly recommend this place.
Just a watch battery but reasonable price compared to elsewhere , fitted and new strap, not expensive watch but sentimental value. Nice people. Nice old fashioned feel to shop. Hope it stays that way .

I've been to this jewellers quite a few times over the years to buy jewellery, have rings resized, and have watch batteries changed and i've never ever had any issue. The staff treat everyone with the same level of service whether you're spending £4 for a watch battery or £400 for a ring. Gem Antiques seems to be one of the last independent jewellers that keeps this level of respect for its customers. I'll continue to visit in the future!
