After only 3 weeks of attending I’m already feeling the benefits, Francesca is very patient and always taking time to adjust, correct and explain each position to ensure the maximum benefits are achieved. Great atmosphere, great class mates and great instructor. I walk in at the beginning of the class and always float out at the end.

Amazing yoga teacher. Francesca gives a good work out and always helps improvement.
Really enjoy Francesca's classes. It's full on but also leaves me feeling relaxed and energised. She's great at giving pointers to help me get better!
