We had a lovely experience choosing & purchasing our wedding rings at Gatwards. It was made to feel like a really special occasion (which it should!). Small issue with one of our rings (not their fault), and they bent over backwards to get it resolved in the short timeframe before our ceremony. Special shout out to Carla and everyone else at Gatwards who went out of their way to keep us up to date with everything. Highly recommend.
Having bought our wedding bands and my engagement ring from Gatwards a good few years ago, it was only fitting we went back to them for an eternity ring for a certain milestone event. Andrew worked on a design for us which worked well alongside existing rings, matched the stones brilliantly and the final result was well, amazing (few tears in shop from me!!). It really is a stunning piece of jewellery - bespoke to us - and something I'll cherish forever. Thanks Andrew and Gatwards!
Great customer service, they took on the challenge of up sizing a palladium ring which other jewellers refused to do and they did a great job
