Excellent customer service and a big thankyou to Cathy. Who helped us choose a very special ring. Her knowledge and advice with the different diamonds was outstanding. Very patient and I wasn't rushed in making my choice. . And then a big shout out to Steven who sized my beautiful ring there and then so I could bring back with me. That was a lovely surprise as not that local..Lovely warm friendly welcome on arrival... So again Cathy thank you for all your help. Rest of staff amazing too...chatty & friendly..

We recently bought a gorgeous pair of Marco Bicego earrings. We paid on Thursday and they just arrived -well wrapped- via special delivery. Absolutely love the earrings and the hassle free transaction. Would highly recommend.

I found Gatwards to be fabulous, Andrew was so helpful when I went into the store and subsequently followed up going above and beyond helping my son with a wedding band. Highly recommend and well done to Andrew, excellent customer service is hard to find.
