My husband bought a trailer in October 2016. By July 2017 the trailer was EXTREMELY rusted. We sent email after email to no avail to Sid, our salesman. Then we contacted another salesman who advised us on how to file a claim. We did so and it was never "found" so we submitted another one. It was denied as a paint job is not covered by the warranty.
