Easy web sight to look at trailers
Absolutely horrible quality and the worse customer support I've ever come across. Our gooseneck has cost us over $9,000 in repairs since we bought it 4 years ago, brand new. I will never buy another Gatormade and I would tell anyone thinking about it to buy another brand at all cost

Andy the salesman was very knowledgeable about the product lines. The transaction was handled over the telephone and email. The equipment is everything they tout. Very well built and heavy duty. I picked this traile at their delivery location in NC and the folks there knew nothing about the product line. I would recommend training them a bit so they can answer questions.. I had an issue with the deck lights and the guys there said some trucks work and some don't. It was a simple ground issue but they were clueless.
the trailer looks good ! but the sales guy derick brown and mosley won't return my phone call about a trailer we bought, after we payed only respond by email ? the trailer was not complete and parts missing! also the web page and the youtube video said the head board was standard on all models not mine! also changed the lites on the top of the trailer and no longer put stop/ turn/ and running lights on it , this is avery dangers thing when night time loading ! the mega ramps cover the rear lights and no one can see you! th... read more
Horrible customer service and support from salesman and staff been trying for 2 months to get a call back or talk to someone on my trailer numerous problems with the trailer and salesman poor quality control and no service after the sale other then to have you salesman to tell you he doesn't drink but he has heard it helps i just want what i paid for to be right i don't think that is asking to much
You did great craftsmanship
I really like the tilt action, the lighting has been perfect, it runs down the road very nicely when loaded, the 6' stationary deck is great for big attachments, the LED lites r nice & bright, the toolbox is very spacious, the powder coating is awesome, the heavy axles , brakes, tires and wheels and spare are great. The design attracts attention and makes it more functional. On the other side i have had some other problems: it sends a lot of vibration into the truck when unloaded probably from the heavy tail bouncing. ... read more
