How is it possible to have an appointment and after 2 hours my kid has not been called in? 2 hours for an APPOINTMENT?! Everyone else was getting in, but us. Really bad management of appointments. Are there not enough doctors or what is the issue? This is unaceptable!
The care and attention here was excellent from beginning to end. Absolutely amazing staff. Doctors , nurses care team the food team the physio team the room keepers absolutely every one at the centre did their job well. Such a pleasure stay. Being so nervous and anxious about my surgery the reasurance and care was beautifullly relaxing. I want to thank ALL the staff for taking good care of me. Thank you and May God continue to bless you all.
I had just had a 4 night stay here, i had a hip replacement. The staff were amazing, extremely helpful, friendly, and nothing was to much trouble, food was teally nice and the hospital is absolutely spotless. I felt like i was in a private hospital. I slept so well, you could hear a pin drop at night, it was so quiet. Thankyou all so much for making my stay a comfortable and relaxing one, after my surgery. You are all amazing!! Claire Rudgley x
Great staff extremely rude consultant! I attended with my family member who had a broken wrist. Asked a few questions of the consultant as the previous advice had been confusing. The man was totally unprofessional; typical attitude of an asian man who can't understand why he is being questioned. His colleagues were wonderful and explained everything to me; had the consultant done so then we would not have had to ask questions.
