When we moved to Fargo, I had started with a different bank and after a while, I did not like the customer service at all so I switched to Gate City and have never looked back! I absolutely LOVE GCB and the supberb customer service I get each and every time I either call, in the drive thru, or in person. I can't say enough great things about them! Honestly love it! ❤️💰
Very disappointed with Gate City Bank. I’ve recently had an issue with my account that had to do with the daily (and I mean everyday) $8 fees they charge on top of the over draft fees. I addressed this and they had no intentions of helping me even though I’ve been banking with them for years and have two car payments financed with them currently. After being raped in fees over the last few months we decided to leave. Our account was to be closed on Oct 20th 2017. We are now being assessed an $8 fee every day for having a negative balance, on an account that I have written proof that was to be closed on the 20th.
I have been banking with Gatecity for over 10 years and have never had an issue. Thank you for being a simple bank!
Gate Cory Bank is great to work when with. Sherri Smith and Erika Mjolsness are great to work with in Moorhead as well as their great team. If you are looking for any type of loan or want a great bank to work with for personal or business I would encourage you to give them a call!

I love Gate City Bank! If I would have known I would get unlimited ATM fee refunds I would have switched sooner! Also every time I go in I get great service and yummy cookies�
