After being raped in fees over the last few months we decided to leave. Our account was to be closed on Oct 20th 2017. We are now being assessed an $8 fee every day for having a negative balance, on an account that I have written proof that was to be closed on the 20th.
I have been banking with Gatecity for over 10 years and have never had an issue. Thank you for being a simple bank!
