Love that they are willing to help out people who are need and that they are understanding and compassionate! I also love the involvement in the community! Such an important thing that I love being a part of!
I've been with them for quite some time. I love that they are always willing to help. I had an ex run my account deep into debt, and they made a deal with me so I could survive and still pay my bills and provide for my kids, while paying off the debt. I especially love the ability for them to refund my ATM fees. No need to drive everywhere looking for a specific ATM :) I also love that the few times I've forgotten to tell them I'm traveling, I get a phone call right away asking if I made the charges appearing on my account. ... read more

All banks say they are friendly, great rates,etc. blah, blah, blah Gate City actually delivers on all of it! The staff are excellent and in particular, Sherry S. She was so transparent - she made the calls right in front of me and resolved the problem on the spot. If you do business, Gate City is the only choice. Carpet Clean Fargo loves Gate City Bank!
Branch 1017 in Minot deserves a shout out. The people are always friendly, professional, and super helpful. They're understanding when I have any problems. � Never had an issue they couldn't fix or help out with.
