I have literally never had a bad experience with Gate City. They clearly hold their staff to a high standard and have always given me confidence that my banking needs were in good hands. All I need now is for them to participate in Android Pay and they'd be pefect.
I pretty angry right now. You had no problems converting my American dollars into Pesos but you won't change them back? I travel a lot. This is the first time i have ever not been able to exchange currancy at a bank WHERE I HAVE SEVERAL ACCOUNTS!! Not impressed. This is the second time in a month you guys have fallen short on what should be an easy problem to fix.

In my husbands and my opinion gatecity is a grea place to bank at, we have been with them for years and really haven't had any problems at all, so James and I would recommend Gatecity.
I have never been unsatisfied with anything I've dealt with-with Gate City. They are always personable, friendly and very willing to help or answer any questions. We pulled all of our accounts from another "Big" bank and moved them to Gate City-best banking decision we've ever done!
