The tellers are poorly trained, they dont cash cashiers checks same day like any bank in the god damn world does, they are lazy, dont answer their phone. I have never received such terrible service as I have today. I will be closing my account and moving to a less worthless bank
I'd go with 5 stars thanks to the modern conveniences of account balancing, check depositing via the app and ATM fee refunds, but unfortunately the <1 year limit on seeing your checking account history is a pretty big inconvenience, especially during tax season when I want to see when I got my refunds last year, or how much I received/paid for services (tax or otherwise). Worst place to get a car loan in the history of car loans! Total nightmare.
Being in the military early on, I had to switch banks because back in the day there was no online access. Since I have been with GCB for 20 + years, I have always been treated as a neighbor you known for years! Respectful, dedicated and always friendly! Scot Pederson in Minot, ND is the most friendly and considerate banking person I have had the pleasure doing business with and look forward in doing future business! I LOVE GATE CITY BANK!!!

The Mandan one on main is hands down the best one around I drive from bismarck to Mandan just to go there if I need help on anything
