RecommendedAlways a great experience when I use the bank in Williston! Also the fraud department is amazing!!
I love the bank and the customer service on the inside but the drive-through service really needs some work. They don't seem to have it staffed properly and you can wait up 10 minutes at times...I use the drive-thru for quicker faster service.
I attempted to pay a 55.00 cable bill became a 5500.00 online bill pay. This started in February when I contacted them and told them and Midco it was an error. Both assured me it would be dealt with. Fast forward to March 15 th when the payment was submitted again. Gate City Paid it and then turned me over to collections . It’s taken me at least 10 phone calls and 1.5 days to try and resolve it.
