I attempted to pay a 55.00 cable bill became a 5500.00 online bill pay. This started in February when I contacted them and told them and Midco it was an error. Both assured me it would be dealt with. Fast forward to March 15 th when the payment was submitted again. Gate City Paid it and then turned me over to collections . It’s taken me at least 10 phone calls and 1.5 days to try and resolve it. Admit to making a certain charge and even that it was $5 higher they lock your card and make you get a new one !!!!!!!!!!!!!!’ I am no longer a customer of theirs !!!!!!!!!!
Had a problem recently that changed my opinion, ethics is a big thing for me! When someone makes a change to your personal accounts without thinking if the impact it's not ethical! To many times lately there has been to many hands in the cookie jar that I've had to go back and deal with costing me my own personal or business time!
