I have had exceptional customer service from the Woodhaven branch every time I have been in there. Specifically, Arin Imad has been GREAT to work with. Please give him the recognition he deserves- He represents Gate City very well!
Gate city has been the most competitive bank for interest rates and always has been the lowest rates to earn my business. With closing on my mortgage with you next week I've never felt so confident. Never had an issue with any personal loans it is my go-to place. Bismarck branch has always been dog friendly with my German shepherd also huge plus when my best friend gets a milk bone from the teller and I can snag a few homemade cookies on the way out. I love this bank I screwed up this month and racked up a lot of fees and I called them and they reversed most of the fees which is more than I deserve .. my advice is communicate with them because that’s when they can best help you !! Again thank you GateCityBank you guys totally rock!!
Personally, we have never received anything but great service! I would like to thank them for their very generous donation to our FCCLA group to enable them to buy gifts for students in need this holiday season! They are responsible for "the best Christmas ever" for some of our students!

My husband and I made the switch to Gate City Bank this morning after being with our previous bank for many many years. My husband has been very satisfied with everything he had heard and he didn't know why it took us so long to make the switch! Our dog, Harley, loves the warm fuzzy blanket we got as a free gift too! I’ve been banking with GCB for 8 years. In addition to checking and savings accounts we’ve had two car loans. Rates have been competitive. Excellent customer service, I love all the locations (free cookies!), free ATM use and free checking. It’s great that they give back too to the community! Love Gate City Bank!
