I’ve been with Gatecity Bank since 2005, no problems and amazing people that care about you and your financial needs.
They changed names in an account without being authorized by the account holders. They only started to fix it after the account holders had to jump through hoops to do it. This is not a new account either.
GateCity is AMAZING. I will NEVER bank with anyone else in my entire life. from the atmosphere, to the fantastic customer service, I am ALWAYS taken care of 100%. You will be, too!💙

Horrendous experience with the appraisal of our home, which was conducted in-house by Gate City Bank, Grand Forks. This has caused us countless sleepless nights, anxiety, and panic attacks. I emailed the supervisor for resolution, he called me, I called him shortly after and he never returned my call. We were treated like numbers instead of people and I will never recommend this business. One of the worst experiences of my life.
