I don't know about other locations, but the gals in Park River, ND are awesome! They help us with our needs. They are funny! They always ask us how we are & above all, they are professional in a casual way. Meaning...they make you feel like you matter above all else & treat you with respect. Gate City has been the perfect bank for us! We love the fact that we don't have to turn in receipts to get credit for using the ATM. Free checks with a minimum of $50 is an added bonus. Gate City Bank has been amazing for my family. Between a mortgage and checking accounts to the simple drive-thru service - everyone who has helped us through it all have been wonderful and knowledgeable! GCB has great programs and rates and don't forget the cookies ;) (My only complaint is the new (as of fall '18) Online Banking System - huge learning curve, not easy to use. I'm sure there is a reason for it but neither my husband, myself nor our friends like it). Overall 4.9/5 stars for me!

Gate City Bank has always been amazing. I would never go to any other bank. They are commited to the community they serve and are always welcoming and willing to answer any questions.
My family and I have taken out a number of personal or auto loans through Gate City and have always had the best experience. Everything is extremely smooth and I have never felt pressured into anything. I highly recommend Eric Fritchman for anything loan related. Eric was super friendly and truly made it the best experience for us.
I want to thank Gate City Bank for being such a great local bank that shows they care more about their customers than their pocket books. I at least know if I have an issue they will usually do anything possible to help me correct the errors, whether they are mine, theirs or a merchant!!
Had a issue with my account going under and Sherri, the senior vice president, did whatever she could to help me with my issue. I'm very pleased with them and their service they have done. I thank you so much for all the help you guys have done for me!
