For the first time in my life, I walked into a store and felt completely invisible. The staff showed no interest in helping, no greeting, and no basic courtesy. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Very disappointing.

Super rude and unprofessional boutique. Looking to get a man’s watch for my husband but before even allowing us to take a look they straight out chase us out and told us nothing is available for sale because I have bought another watch from the other boutique. It’s so funny meaning if I travel with a group of friends we could only get 1 watch. Unprofessional and unkind. Horrible service your money is better at other places. I recently purchased an Omega Speedmaster Sapphire Sandwich for my 40th birthday, and I must admit, I regret buying it here. The staff was friendly, but it seemed like spending $9,000 wasn’t enough to keep them from rushing us out of the store. They were so eager to get us out after taking our payment that they completely ruined the experience. If I could return the watch and buy it at an actual Omega boutique, I would definitely do so. Vanmiddag echt fantastisch geholpen hier door Megan, een verademing ten opzichte van concullega's in Amsterdam. Er werd uitgebreid de tijd voor ons genomen, vele verschillende trouwringen bekeken en uiteindelijk ook gevonden. Ook direct nog een prachtige ring gekocht. Ook zijn me nog twee Rolex modellen aangeboden, helaas niet mijn smaak maar toch fijn dat het nog mogelijk is om direct iets te kunnen kopen.
