I had GREAT service by Shane Boucher, he worked with me and found something that not only fit my budget but something that I liked. He didn't push me into anything, I felt very comfortable dealing with him and the rest of the staff at Gary Rome Kia in Enfield!!
I take back my negative review!! the service manager Al went way above and beyond to fix my car and gain my trust!! I certainly am surprised how far he went to remedy the situation!! Awesome! Thank you Al!!!

oh my where do I begin.....1st .PUSHY SALESMEN.. 2ND. GENERAL MANAGER DAVID NATHAN IS VERY RUDE N NASTY... 3RD. THEY WILL NEVER RETURN ANY CALLS WHEN PROBLEMS ARISE. 4TH. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SRV AND THE OWNER WONT EVEN RETURN CALLS AFTER I REACHED OUT TO HIM. ...5TH..FINAL RECOMMENDATION AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS !!!!!! FROM THE SALESMEN WILL MORRIS ALL THE WAY TO THE G.M. DAVID NATHAN
Service is a bit expensive, but the wait was short, they fixed what needed done.
The staff and service is amazing. We will definitely be back to purchase our next vehicle.
