I went into Gary Rome Kia because I had taken my car to Balise Kia for service and in my opinion I thought the people in service were nasty and I didn't want to deal with any of them. My lease was up and I was going to purchase my lease because I didn't think I could afford a new lease. The salesman asked what I could afford and he went over all my options with me and I felt no pressure like I usually feel when I go into a dealership. *** For their online store*** Horrible customer service! Called to get issue taken care of and the woman that awnsered the phone automatically had a attitude. Placed a order on Friday night California time and added over night shipping because I needed a part asap and the dealership I was at couldn't get it by my departure date (Tuesday July 4th).
