Well nothing but positive feedback for me from my first interaction with a phone call to setup a test drive and negotiate a priceTo driving off the lot ....... I tried another Kia dealership in the Hartford area and they acted as if they could take or leave the sale . That being said Gary Rome is hands down one of the best dealerships in ct if not the best in my experience . Car buying process was so easy and comfortable. Mike laid out the whole process for me and made me so happy to get what I want. Glad I went here for my first brand new car that inwas able to get all by myself. Loving my new 2016 optima lx. They made getting my dream car possible.
Horrible Service! Do NOT being your car here for service. They charge you for an 'A' Tech and have a kid do the actual service. There is no communication between the service writers and the techs. They scratched my car and over charged me for the service. When I tried to get some sort of resolution from the service manager Al, he never contacted me.
The worst customer service I have ever experienced! The sales manager was a jerk the day I was buying my car..he's lucky I loved my car enough to buy it. Service dept sucks. Told to bring my car down. Would have parts ordered and put on next day. Had my car all night..called them at 1 the next day to find out they didn't have the part and I'd have to wait another day.. Do yourself a favor and go to kia of east Hartford! Awesome awesome awesome service there! Will never go back To Gary Rome
Richie McBroom has just made my husband and very happy man! Happy early Birthday! Right from the moment that we pulled in to the lot to "take a look" at some cars, we were greeted by Richie,who I can tell you went way above and beyond to give us everything we wanted and at the price we wanted! Nothing like walking in thinking you were looking and walking out with a new car to drive home in!
Un satisfied customer your guarantee sucks cant recommend people if you dont stand by your life time guarantee tires ,dont like to be fooled ...
I just purchased a pre-owned certified 2013 Sorento sx from Julio Rivera. He was great throughout the entire process and always got back to me in a timely manner to answer any of my questions. The finance manager was very helpful in answering all of my questions - and I asked a lot. Great experience so far with Kia.
