Sadly, I'll never deal or work with these people ever again
Stopped in to look at and test drive a Sorento, with no intention of purchasing yet. Will Morris was great! Friendly, knowledgeable and there was absolutely no pressure. They gave us a great deal and found exactly what we wanted. We signed papers the same day.
Worst experience.Extremely bad communication.It took over 2 months to get my spare key.Luv my Kia. Bad customer service.
