First off I would really like to thank Julio for everything he has done for me and getting me in a 2014 Kia Sorento. I'm very happy I made the absolute 100% correct decision to go to Gary Rome Kia.
Scummy trickster dealer, put a deposit down on a car and they lied about another lady "backing out of the deal" not only did they take a deposit from her they also took it from me and congratulated me on HAVEING FIRST Refusal!! Then 2 days went by and no phone call then go on facebook and see that it's sold...... i called and they gave me my deposit plus 200$ to go fuck myself.... thanks for nothing!

I had such a great experience looking for and getting exactly what I wanted in a small SUV. Julio was patient with me as I knew very little about awd, different options etc. He's awesome and I can't thank him enough for everything!!! Love my Kia Sportage 2017 ����
Bought my Kia Forte Koup in 2010 replaced the radio and driver's side seat cover, brought it in Friday for a recall and showed them my seat cover which is worn out agian and the door handles which the clear coat is peeling ,even with the 100,00p bumper to bumper Warranty was told to bad it's not covered ,should have read the fine print, 2013 was when the seat cover was replaced 3 years for an upholstery issue, also the Service person told me that I would hear from the service manager ,you can guess that didn't happen, as a b... read more
I decided to grab the last "left over" Optima because the rebates on a lease were unbelievable.
