RecommendedGeneral Manager, David Nathan is AH-MAZING! I moved from out of state in October and had no vehicle. I leased a Sportage over a holiday weekend. My daughter went into labor prior to my car being registered. David gave me a loaner so I could be there for the birth of my grandson! He is a saint in my book! He actually cared about me and my family!! I can't recommend Gary Rome Kia, David and my awesome salesman, Wayne, enough!!! Go see them!
We bought our car here and it was a pleasant experience but any sort of service to the car has been a DISASTER. Today is the second time we have gotten regularly scheduled maintenance to the vehicle (brake pads and oil change) with an inspection and they said everything was good with the car. Driving home the car started rattling and sputtering so we called and they were once again no help. If you want a great place to purchase a used or new car this the place to go Mike the finance manger is honest and works hard to fit all you financial and vehicle needs We all no the service department is who we end up with in the end and they are outstanding I highly recommend them 🙂

Are Negative stars an option? just about everything. some good things but the sleazy, dishonest, and unaccountable business practices made this a hard lesson learned. never ever deal with Rome on your car purchases. it is a giant smoke screen. you will get undisclosed issues and once you catch them on it they hide and deflect responsibility. that's from the sales person, the GM, Gary, and his assistant. AVOID ROME!!!!!
I bought a 2019 Sorento and Justin made the process so easy! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I never once felt pressure from anyone which was much different than my experience at other local dealers. If you are in the market for a new car, I highly recommend Gary Rome Kia! Ask for Justin, he is amazing!
Have had my old car for 5 years. It was time for an upgrade. Went in to see my options working with Justin and next day I drove off the lot with a brand new 2019 forte. He works like magic!! Ask for Justin!
On Wednesday my car decided it didn’t want to work anymore. On Thursday night I stopped by Kia to check it out and I had the pleasure of working with Justin Martin. He was very nice and so informative and by Saturday I was in my new 2020 Kia Forte! It was the smoothest process and I’m so happy with my experience!!

Bought my Telluride from Gary Rome. Justin Martin was awesome got me the best deal and the car I wanted. Most dealers are marking up new Tellurides Gary Rome is not, they are fair and reasonable! I even got meet the founder Jerry, he was hoping for a new Telluride demo. we told him he will love it!
