Never again. I admit, I had the responsibility to be better informed before committing to a lease, but both the salesman and sales manager took complete advantage of myself and family. From 2009-2020 I purchased and/or leased multiple new KIA vehicles but as a result of my last experience will not be a customer of theirs again.
they promised my fiancee who is a hospice nurse that they would have her new kia saltos delivered today we spent all day taking all her papers and work things out of her car now at 5pm they say they can't make good on there promise now we have to spend half the night putting it all back in the old car and there response was o well we did the best we could not.
worst mistake was buying a car here. car started having issues in August and they say oh nothing is wrong then have to bring it back in February cuz it's not in my head then it ends up burning up. transmission blew had to get it towed at my expense. then they give loaner and make me walk to enterprise PREGNO to get a rent a car. they think people can take all this time off from work to keep running to their dealership and pay for all the gas to keep going there. don't buy a car from them ever!! they don't even care about the... read more

Amazing customer service, I was able to work a fair deal for my beautiful Kia Optima, and financing was very reasonable and got me the best rate possible...hard to say a lot of dealerships who will work with you as well as they did. My husband and I just bought a Kia Sorento and we absolutely love it! Our salesman Shane was the best! He didn’t pressure us into something we didn’t want and he was very Accommodating! I would totally recommend Gary Rome! The best dealership we have ever dealt with!
