Long story - Plain and simple, go to another KIA dealer! Horrible experience buying a car from here. I was flying in from CA to purchase a car (we were moving back east) and coordinated the entire deal with Anthony via email. We did everything remote, the last part of the deal was to pay the remaining down payment, we even signed the paperwork and was good to go. TERRIBLE-Rude, inept, LIARS, lazy....I’m not sure what other way to describe how horrendous this dealership is. “Treat like family” is their motto? I’d hate to be their enemy! We just purchased a vehicle and couldn’t be happier with the service. D’Angelo and Mike were amazing. We drove from NY because we saw an online deal, I would love to make all our car purchases from them. Worth the drive. It was the best car purchasing experience we have ever had.
