I picked up my second Hyundai a year and a half ago. The first was a 2006 Sonata. The second one is a 2018 Sonata. Today I was in for the third regular maintenance and prep for winter visit. I’m all set until Spring!!! In and out.

Just bought a Kona and a Tucson with my husband here. Highly recommend! They offer an easy to talk to staff who go above and beyond with customer service. The dealership is beautiful, and is very comfortable while waiting for your car to be ready to drive home!
I’ve never been in and out of a car dealership so fast! I also have not been able to pick my own car from a dealership since the first time I started financing around 16 years ago!!! 0 Stars. related mostly to Enfield, but when the GM down there refused to take responsibility for the "surprise" we got with our purchase Gary and his assistant dodged doing the right thing too. hard lesson learned. if you value customer service, honesty, and integrity from a large purchase AVOID ROME. Avoid!!!

On July 31st I was driving back to North Adams MA after dropping my wife and son off at the airport in Hartford. On my way home our car started to skip and the check engine light was blinking rapidly. I was able to nurse it up 91 at 40mph. by the grace of God I managed to get it to the dealership. The service department was great, I showed up without an appointment "obviously", but they managed to take it in and check on the issue. I live and work in the Boston area and, upon my niece's reccomendation, came to Gary Rome Hyundai. I'm glad that I did! I made an appointment to test drive and was promptly greeted at the door by Chris Fenton when I arrived. I test drove two models, discussed the pro's and con's with him, and made a decision. Chris is a really nice guy and was great to work with through the process - and he was helpful the next day when I called him with a question.
