Terrible I bought a car here less than two years ago and I bought the warranty I brought car in when heard something funny they told me it was way I was turning the key they brush you off, be little you if you have a problem terrible I had to buy a new transmission a year and 11 months after buying car from them, the. I went there last week and I got a diagnosis for my vehicle,supposibly the problem was my turbo..paid close to 800dollars..a day or so later the same problem returned..made an appointment for today,now they turnarounds and tell me it's something else,that would cost me 400dollars,and why didn't the first diagnose pick it up?? makes you wonder huh!!!!
I fully believe that service sells cars..The Gary Rome Service Department is great and the Service Writer Kristen Ranney is tops. They make you feel important.
