I had an interest in purchasing this car and at first the experience was professional and informative, but after receiving their estimated monthly cost I inquired about the numbers they used to get to that final cost such as APR, residual, and additional fees. I also told them I wasn't interested in the additional accessories they were trying to push on me. From my first contact with Gary Rome Hyundai to the purchase of the vehicle I enquired about, the experience was top notch. Norman Caruolo was extremely competent and friendly as we went through the purchase process. All the people we dealt with there were terrific. We would surely go back if and when we need a new car. Lastly, we love the Ioniq 5 SEL. It's a fabulous car. Thank you Gary Rome Hyundai and Norman.
If zero stars were an option I would have given 0. 4K mark up says enough, they also don’t abide by the Hyundaiusa incentives as I am a first responder. Slimey dealership would avoid at all costs.
Responded quickly. Didn't have what I wanted, but encouraging to work with.
A HUGE WASTE OF TIME. I was an out of state buyer. I submitted my pre-qualification, was told I was approved and paperwork would be mailed to me for completion. Two days later I received a text from the salesman stating the manager at dealership wouldn’t sell me the vehicle because of a fee. I’m sure this was known when I was given the approval. Very poor business practice.
Recommendedwant to start by saying that my Wife and i had a Good experience at this dealership so far, i asked for 100% Honesty and got it i don’t like the beating around the bush like most people tend to do when they are a salesperson. I want to give a HUGE shout out to the service and parts department here. Over a month ago I brought my car over to Balise Hyundai for a noise in the engine. During that time, Balise failed to communicate with me and my car sat for over a week. When I did get my car back the a/c did not work. Additionally the noise was still there. Brought it back again the next day they fixed the a/c but told me there was no noise. I took my car back and then called a few weeks later and asked to bring it in.
