I want to give a HUGE shout out to the service and parts department here. Over a month ago I brought my car over to Balise Hyundai for a noise in the engine. During that time, Balise failed to communicate with me and my car sat for over a week. When I did get my car back the a/c did not work. Additionally the noise was still there. Brought it back again the next day they fixed the a/c but told me there was no noise. I took my car back and then called a few weeks later and asked to bring it in. Had a great experience at Gary Rome this week! Was on the hunt for a new car and the process was super easy. I got help from Bobby and Pauli and they were the best of the best!!! They hooked me up with my ideal car, went above & beyond, and I wouldn’t have wanted to go anywhere else other than Gary Rome!
