Gary Rome Hyundai is excellant. Yesterday (Sat 8/25 ) out of necessity I got a new 2018 Kona which I love so far! Pauli is a terrific salesman and so helpful and Keith ( I think I got his name right ) was very thorough with all the paperwork. Highly recommend Gary Rome Hyundai!
Yesterday I came in as a first time customer for a simple oil change. I called and made an appointment for 10:30AM the day before, I arrived at my appointment time and sat there for a little over 2 hours! I didn’t leave the dealership until 1PM! Didn’t have the best experience with Kevin, I found him to be a little rude. I really don’t like to leave bad reviews but overall I was very disappointed. It’s unlikely that I’ll return.
For the most part I had a great experience. Got to actually meet the owner who was very pleasant always making sure you were satisfied. Love the vehicle. Hoping to have continued great experiences with them.
