I was in the market to upgrade my 2006 Hyundai Sonata. I loved her so much but she was getting old. After being stubborn for so long I finally decided it was time. My only regret is not doing it sooner. Thank you so much to Garry for putting me in a reliable car stocked with modern features. I'm excited for the road trips to come worry free!!!
Don't rip off people trading in their cars. They might need to come back and get tools from the trunk, especially if one of your sales associates says it's okay. Don't let the car leave the lot and turn up somewhere else empty, then lie about it. Happy holidays, scumbags.
I went to Gary Rome for the first time yesterday for a update needed on my Santa Fe, although I did not buy it there. Gary Rome reached out to me about the update, not the dealership I bought it from. This is most exceptional service. Not a word from the other dealership since I bought the vehicle. Gary Rome has the most knowledgeable, friendly and professional staff across the board! I will always use them for all my vehicle needs! Thank you for the great service and experience!
Bad experience. Our salesman either lied about options or just doesn’t know the cars. Realized it too late. Shame on us for believing our salesman and not checking ourselves. Lesson learned.
