Ignoring numerous reports for repairs going into cold and wet weather. Including a hole in the soffit, that they had "repaired" by someone and then it blew straight all over the road when we had a bit of wind..luckily no one was hit. All window frames not sitting right in the seals (reported in MAY) resulting in awful drafts now thw weather is cold and a nice big heating bill oh and a leaky radiator that i was told to expect a phone call from the plumber on the 20th of october? Garrison have been managing my rented property for 5 years now and have completely taken the headache out of being a landlord. Over more recent years there have been a lot of new requirements on landlords (licences etc) and I don't think I'd have been able to manage all of that on my own. They are always available to offer advice whenever I need it and i consider them experts in this field. Would definitely recommend.
