My husband and I have been visiting Newburyport for 15 years. We come 2 to 3 times per year just to get away and we've always stayed at the Garrison Inn. The staff is super friendly and very accommodating. Keep it up! You have a special place in the heart of town.
We were pleasantly surprised with how spacious and beautiful our room was. Also could not beat the convenient location - we could easily walk to everything we wanted . Staff were very kind and the breakfast was perfect! We will definitely be back!
Staying at the Garrison Inn is like stepping back in time to an era of afternoon teas, fireplaces in rooms, and nightly walks by the river. My daughter and I loved every minute of our stay here, and can't wait to return.

There's no better way to top off a special anniversary dinner at Glenn's Restaurant than stay the night in Newburyport. I am so glad I discovered the Garrison Inn, what a beautiful place to stay. Our recent stay at the Garrison Inn was perfect on all levels. The room was large and well appointed. The staff was friendly and helpful. My daughter decided to dome with us the last minute, and the hotel was able to accommodate her with a roll away cot. To our surprise, the hotel price included a made to order breakfast in the small dinning room, along with afternoon tea and sweets.
