Garland and Bird (G&B) were recommended to us by a friend who was pleased with the extension work on his house. Garland and Bird have recently finished our ground floor extension, they completed it to a very high level, they helped us along the journey and helped us make decisions based on their extensive experience, the guys that work with Tony and Any are all a credit, they were all really easy to get on with, they weren’t intrusive and they were very tidy. Overall I couldn’t recommend them any higher.

These guys completed our ground floor extension a few years back. I hesitated to give a review at the time as I wasn’t happy with many things and didn’t want the drama, but with years of ongoing snagging with doors, windows and flooring I’ve finally decided to give a review. I’m only giving three stars as their finishing is not good. Most significantly our very expensive doors and windows do not fit. The bifolds have never fitted properly and regularly the handles fail.
