Dirty office, speaks down to patients, not kid friendly, she's rough and doesn't explain what she's about to do (such as these drops will burn), was not honest about her ability to do a specialized exam and over charges. I don't think this doctor is competent enough to treat anyone much less children.
Terrible and unprofessional office staff I called to scheduled my son first appointment and a lady by name ANA was extremely rude to me over the phone she even told me that they were really busy that if I couldn't wait to scheduled an appointment for my son I can choose another DR to take my son .
She is too proud of herself and thinks she is the best doctor there is. She is closing the doors to many people just by being mean and rude. The waiting time is horrible ( 1 hour in the waiting room and 30 minutes more in the exam room) She does not explain in detail unless we ask. Her staff is the only thing that saves the day in her office because they are very nice and welcoming, specially very patient with small children. I would not recommend her.
My toddler is 2.5 yrs old and is terrified of doctors. He screams and cries every time I have to take him. And it breaks my heart. Honestly, I was DREADING my appointment for his pediatric eye exam. Well, we ended up spending over 2 hrs at Pediatric Eye Associates, Inc and not once did my son cry. The front office staff Anna and Amanda were warm and friendly. Dr. Lal was knowledgeable, confident and had an amazing bedside manner. I would recommend this office.
