Great doctor! Very friendly . Great skills and very smart! Highly recommend this doctor and practice.
I saw this doctor because I had a stye on my eyelid. She explained everything to me including showing me diagrams of the eye so I could see exactly what was causing my symptoms. She was so thorough and I left there feeling confident that I was in good hands. I then returned to her to have a surgical procedure in the office to drain it, and it went very smoothly. She is a really smart doctor and is great with people. She does not miss any detail in regards to taking great care of patients.
She's ok, not the best though. I do feel how others have commented, that she is very rough with children. She didn't explain that the drops were going to burn to my child. She speaks in a very condescending tone like you know absolutely nothing. Her staff is not the best. The woman at the front is all over the place, and doesn't seem to really care about her appearance considering she's in the front. She doesn't know where things are, try's to get you to pay for the most expensive items, etc.
Money hungry...
Absolutely amazing she exams my kids Gabriel and Kary .. She's funny down to earth and very caring will recommend her to everyone !!!
I was very impressed with Both Dr. Lal and her staff. My nephews visit could not have gone better. Her staff is very professional and the Doctor handled my nephews first eye examination with a compassionate strength that shows both her dedication to her profession and to the children in her care. I would strongly recommend this Doctor.
This doctor is great with kids. I have a special needs child and the doctor and staff were amazing. They made him feel so comfortable and he loved the exam. She made it a point to spend extra time with us explaining the treatment and was extremely knowledgeable. The staff was also very warm and nice. It took time to get us registered for the first visit since they are all electronic but now we hardly wait at our follow up visits. They are quick in and outs. I would recommend this doctor highly.
She lied about her ability to perform a specialized exam. She charged me up front $100 and then told me that there is no such exam. She's disgusting. My daughter had her exam that Dr Lal said didn't exist at Nova SouthEastern University. She's also extremely rude, gets defensive,and treats people like they are dumb when the opposite is actually true. The day I was there she was coughing and hacking all over the place, a pediatric or any other doctor would have stayed home. She's incompetent!
