The eggs Benedict, biscuits and gravy, and coffee are divinely inspired. The staff is always friendly. The atmosphere is relaxing. I enjoy coming here on days off for breakfast. I can sip coffee, chill out, read a book, and just go to my happy place.
We stopped today at 7:45 am. for coffee and you weren't open yet. Ended up going to Calvin Fletcher's. I remember Calvin Flectchers had some slow lonely days when they opened. I'm doing my best to support this business.
Business response:
We don't open till 8 am. Sorry. We tried being open at 7 am when we first opened - but had very low sales. Our hours are closed Monday's: Tuesdau-Saturday 8 am - 5 pm and Sunday 9 am - 3 pm.
I had the chicken quesdilla and it was one of the best I've ever had. Great people and place. I highly recommend it.
Service was great - a wonderful set of nice, kind hearted people. :) Food and coffee was delish too! It was a great stop for rainy day grub with friends. I will definitely be stopping in again soon!
Ordered and paid for one item got another size instead when it came to the table. No receipt given, no refills offered on either my or my friends ice teas. Generally food ok service not ok. Waiter more interested in flirting with young woman than checking on drinks. Wouldnt recommend u less you like lackluster service with rather tasteless food.
My husband Tom and I eat here every Saturday morning for breakfast when we are in town. The atmosphere is friendly, relaxed, and the food is abundant! You can't go wrong by stopping to eat here.
Excellent breakfast burrito and potatoes. Eggs are cooked perfectly, not dry or rubbery. The sandwiches are tasty, good quality bread. Turkey melt is my fav as is the regular club. Salads are plentiful and fresh, as is the fruit. Personally, my two complaints: 1. A serious lack of pasteries. Its a coffeehouse :). Hopefully that is something they eventually improve! 2. Price of the cafe breve, 12 oz is around 3.80! Yikes! Similiar independent coffeehouses, I usually pay around $3.50 for a 16 oz. Food prices are reasonable tho... read more
