Sales people were adequate. Communication after the sale was dismal. Only received many text messages to fill our survey, which is time out of my day and am not being compensated or rewarded for my efforts. Waited a month and had to go back to the dealer to get my loan information because I didn’t receive anything via email or USPS. Made a large purchase and received no acknowledgement or after care. Service was unprofessional, unorganized, salesman gave wrong value of car and wasn’t able to resolve issue. They persistently tried to make us finance through Honda instead of our bank after it was stated multiple times we didn’t want to. I went in as a trade in and they gave me 17,000$ value for my vehicle and told me my car had 5000$ worth of equity so once I drove the new car off the car from the lot kept the car for a whole week.
