Last time they left the car in bad condition, I have to return it for another repair. Every time I go, the same person helps me, no information about prices and if I ask, he gets upset and not friendly. This was the last time I changed dealers.

Called for a recall on my fuel pump, got scheduled and took off of work and drove down to the dealership. The technician tells me that my fuel level needs to be below 50% in order to perform this maintenance and turns me away. This requirement was not expressed over the phone when I scheduled the appointment, costing me my time.

The floor manager was straightforward and prompt, but he was more than willing to work a deal with me. Ivan was diligent, respectful, patient, and accommodating to me as a first-time buyer which I greatly appreciate. Ramel made the paperwork part of it smooth and easy to understand. Emily helped set up the Honda link app without a problem as well. Great dealership, great people, doing great business. Highly recommend!
