I was very disappointed. I paid for my tires to be rotated as part of the service, made the agent helping aware that the previous time it was overlooked and surprise surprise it was over looked again. Didn’t have time to wait when picking up my car so I will beed to pay again to have the tires rotated.

Unsatisfactory service, had to return due to tire signal coming on after VIP service. On top of that service was not done adequately, my battery went out come to find out it was weak. Had they tested I would not have been stuck, they never stated anything was wrong.

The paperwork went through, everything was fine, and 4 days later I received a letter in the mail demanding that I return the car or pay a larger down payment.
