I’m sorry to have to write this review. But as the team seem to have disappeared, perhaps this is the only way to get their attention? I cannot recommend this company. The team built a garden room for us in the summer of 2023 but left with a wall that is visibly bending. Steven, the owner of the company, came back out to see the issue for himself and relay the problem to his team. That was in September 2023. 8 months have now passed. I had my garden pod installed a couple of years ago now and it’s still looking great, had no problems at all. The workmanship is excellent, installation team were efficient, friendly and obliging. Everything was done on time and schedule. Would highly recommend.
Very responsive, great communications, and I now have a fabulous 25sqm garden room. They really went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. The lads on site were good humoured and respectful. The whole experience was the easiest build project I’ve ever been involved in (and there have been many!).
