Jacob just left my house a short while ago - he was very professional! Very polite, thorough, and charismatic. He made sure I understood the fixes, and explained everything. He didn't leave any mess, and actually asked for paper towels to clean up after himself! That was very respectful of him. It was a very easy process, and we'll definitely be using you guys' services in the future.
