Yovani, Scott and Chris were all amazing and helped me get the custom window I couldn't get anywhere else. Everyone was easy to work with. Yovani got me started and was fun to work with. Scott took the time to meet with my contractor and Chris was always sweet even though I started calling her regularly during production, anxious to get it in. The window is gorgeous and was done in the time period promised.
My garage door broke over the long weekend. I called and left a message. On the next business day they called me back and they sent their technician few hours later. Technician called that he will be coming in an hour and he arrived before that. He looked at the door and told my husband the problem and price. When I peeked in to see how he was doing then he explained everything in every detail(so a woman can understand). He removed the broken part showed us exactly where the problem was. My experience with Garage Doors Unlimited has always been positive. Today, Service Tech Jake was on time, thoroughly helpful in answering my questions about servicing my garage door, friendly and informative. He kindly took the time to show me all about servicing my garage door and offered lots of tips for maintaining it along with helpful advice on keeping it functioning smoothly. He was courteous, professional and is clearly a master of his craft.
Jacob came out to replace our keypad, and he gave our garage a tune up. He was very nice, informative, helpful, he arrived on time, and worked efficiently.
Jacob was amazing! He came out and thoroughly explained what was wrong with our garage and gave us options on how we can fix it. He worked quickly and very professional.
