Bill was prompt, professional and informative. My appointment was scheduled within 2 days, and a new motor installed within 45 minutes. GDU did our initial install, too. Glad that I called them for service.
Jacob came out today to replace a garage motor which I had arranged for & it ended up that wasn't the problem...the motor was fine, was a bracket problem which he fixed, among a few other adjustments. His attention to detail was very much appreciated. Thank You Jacob! (Janice R.)
Had Garage Doors Unlimited come out to replace the key pad inside the garage since it was not working correctly, plus replace outside key pad as well. Jacob came out to replace both keypads, he was great in explaining how the new wireless key pad worked, he checked over are entire garage door system, he was very thorough making sure everything was working correctly.
Jacob came out to fix my roll up garage door which somehow came off it's cable and bent the side rails and damaged parts of the door panels. He got the door back on and explained and showed me what was damaged how he was going to fix it. He repaired every damaged part and even added extra supports to reinforce the door better. I am very pleased with the repair and I highly recomment Garage Doors Unlimited. Bob G. - Escondido
