We LOVE our new garage door! Brian did a 1st class job removing old, installing new, showing me how to maintenance new and assisted me in programming opener to car. I highly recommend Garage Doors Unlimited to anyone needing a new garage door!

Jacob arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problems as to why our garage was making so much noise while opening and made the repairs and the maintenance in a timely manner. Will definitely be using them again.

Received a reminder call the day before the appointment. Jacob called at the beginning of my service window and said he would be there soon - and he was. He inspected all the brackets, rollers, springs, and the opener. He suggested a few things such as new rollers to make it quieter and a new bottom seal because the current one is getting a bit dry and brittle. Jacob worked hard to figure out what was going on with the door, he tried a few things and it works and looks better, I had some light coming from under the door and now it does not. Very hard worker. Cleaned up and asked if I have any question, I did have a few and he answered them. Very very professional and polite. I will ask for Jacob again if I have trouble again, I hope not but if I do I will ask for Jacob. Jacob even come back to the house when I called him, I needed to buy 2 cans lube.
